Sunshine Saturday

This morning I woke up in a great my butt out of bed and worked out.

  • came home
  • did some dishes
  • hubby made me a yummy omlette (egg whites, spinach, ham, and of course cheese)
    • I'm getting back on my low carb meals
    • i feel better when i eat less carbs
    • my skin behaves better
    • and i feel lighter and less weighed down
  • now i'm here writing about it and getting excited about writing here again.
