- came home
- did some dishes
- hubby made me a yummy omlette (egg whites, spinach, ham, and of course cheese)
- I'm getting back on my low carb meals
- i feel better when i eat less carbs
- my skin behaves better
- and i feel lighter and less weighed down
- now i'm here writing about it and getting excited about writing here again.
